CONGO ROC WELCOMES HOLLE POTASH CORP

MONTREAL, QC (DECEMBER 27, 2010) – Holle Potash Corp., is pleased to announce the signing of the “Convention de Recherche Minière” (“the Convention”).

Holle’s President, Mr. Joël Gerbore and the honorable Mr. Pierre OBA Minister of Mines Minerals and Geology, entered into the Convention agreement at a signing ceremony held in Brazzaville, Congo.

Through the Convention, Congo and AFFRIMINES SA determined the general judicial, administrative, technical, economic, financial and social conditions by which the projects related to the research permit will operate

The terms and conditions laid down in the Convention shall apply to the research stage of the potash deposit on both license areas as well as other minerals that may be discovered within the scope of such licenses.

The Convention provides Holle with an exclusive 30 month period to complete the technical and economic feasibility studies and to gain the approval by the Government of Congo for the exploitation phase of the project called the Exploitation Convention. Work has begun on the resource study of the two permit areas of Manenga and Tchitondi.
